Liam is a Greensboro-based jazz saxophonist who is available for gigs throughout the region.  His primary instrument is tenor sax and he doubles on other saxes, clarinet, and flute.  He is a third-year jazz studies student at UNC Greensboro. His primary teachers have been Chad Eby (UNCG, clinician for Jazz at Lincoln Center), Peter Lamb (Peter Lamb and the Wolves), and Dave Finucane (Durham Jazz Workshop).

Liam leads his own ensembles and has played with many other groups, including groups with other young musicians as well as those of long-time professional musicians such as NC Jazz Repertory Orchestra and Atomic Rhythm All Stars.  He has played at festivals and other venues including Charlotte Jazz Festival, Duck Jazz Festival, Raleigh’s Artsplosure, Greenville’s Spazz Fest, Jazz at Lincoln Center's Essentially Ellington, Durham's Sharp Nine Gallery, and Raleigh’s Irregardless Café.
